Happy Friday everyone! Today I made French Macaroons, recipe courtesy of Martha Stewart. The recipe is absolutely perfect! I made a batch of original almond macaroons and a batch of chocolate. They both came out beautifully! I used nutella in the middle (no, I was not too lazy to make a filling). I used a gel food coloring to get the "Tiffany&Co Blue" and folded into my batter before piping. They almost look too stunning to eat... but of course I ate them anyways... ha ha ha. Try out the recipe for yourself (it might take a few tries to get it just right) and I promise you it will be worth it!
